2019 Board of Directors Positions & Voting
The following members of the ALPOA in good standing have officially announced their candidacy for the 2 ALPOA board of Directors seats:
1. Leon Prazenica
2. Ginger Tucker
We thank them for their willingness to serve and wish them well.  They will be elected at the ALPOA annual meeting to be held at 10 am on Saturday, June 22, 2019, at the Boathouse. Voting will begin at 8:30 am.
Any voting for other ALPOA matters will be announced separately. Members of the association in good standing who wish to vote by Absentee Ballot must request a ballot starting on June 1, by mail, email, or telephone from the Business Manager (Ms. Tina Walker), ALPOA, 700 West Alpine Drive, Terra Alta, WV 26764, Email [ This email address is being protected from spambots. The ballot must be returned by U.S. Mail / FEDEX / UPS to Ms. Tina Walker at the above address so that the committee receives it no later than 5 pm, Wednesday, June 19, 2019. Instructions on how to submit the ballot are included in the ballot.
Property owners may query board candidates prior to election day using the Community Chat or directly when convenient to the questioner and the candidate. These venues should not be considered debate forums with endless back-and-forth. Property owners may ask the candidates a question and, if the answer is not clear, they can then submit one clarifying the question. We are neighbors and friends and wish all discourse to be respectful and courteous.
